Advantages of the project location

• From the north, the territory is bordered by the state communication Budmerice – Trnava of class II, enabling advantageous highway connection.

• The territory is lined from the north-western side with the landscape greenery, creating a natural green frontier of the project. The Family Farm Villas are locted at the south-west side near a stream, which enables to create new natural sceneries in the future.
